Be Motivated

I used to be a rock climber - not a great one - because my body is really not the right shape - but I loved it. One thing I knew for sure was that the single most effective way to improve my climbing was to lose a bit of weight. So every time I went to eat something I'd give myself a clear choice. Do I want this piece of food more than I want to climb that wall? I lost weight quickly and kept it off. At no time did I feel deprived - rather I felt I was doing something for me.
