between 1962 and the year 2000, the number of obese Americans grew from 13% to an alarming 31% of the population.

Having a Masters Degree in Health Education, I spent many of my earlier post graduate career years developing, assessing and monitoring health education programs both domestically here in the US as well as overseas.
One observation that I noticed very early on in my career, is that everyone-probably yourself included, is looking for the quick fix to successful
