My Hope Is Built On Nothing Less

My greatest source of comfort (and sanity) in the midst of any trial, whether it be on a personal basis or on the grand, world level, would be the assurance that God is King. He reigns in this world, he is in control, and nothing can happen except it be in his perfect plan.

I am also most grateful for God's holy word, the Bible, for it is through his word that God reveals his secret to kings. I don't have to wonder "why the world is so off its rocker". I know why. It is the way of the world.

I am glad to have a Father. A child needs a father to love them, teach them, correct them, instruct them, protect them, and feed and clothe them.

How dreadful it would be to be "a child left to himself". How wonderful to be fed God's word and clothed in his righteousness.

What hope we who love the Lord have!
